전극방식(ISE method)
Model NH-9110-Ca Online calcium Analyzer
 
 
로홍사의 Calcium 분석기는 Calcium 이온전극법입니다. 기본적으로 이온전극을 사용하지만
Option으로 Optical color change detector를 설치하여 보다  낮은 농도의 Calcium이온의 측정이 가능합니다.
8~12mm 샘플 튜브를 사용하여 막힘이 거이 없고 입자크기가 500㎛이하까지는 필터를 사용하지 않아도
측정가능합니다. 자동 교정, 자동 세정, 역세정, 알람 표시기능등이 포함되어 있어 유지관리에 편리합니다.

■ Methodology
-In alkaline solution condition (PH10.2 ± 0.2),
Calcium (Ca2+) react with EGTA to form complex
compound. Content of calcium was calculate via
consume of EGTA quantity.

-End point detection

(1) Calcium Ion Selective Electrode
The Ca2+ electrode detects Ca2+ in solution,
while at the end point, Ca2+ content reduce to
near zero. Cause a surge electrode potential
change. (not suggest for Ca2+ < 50 ppm)
(2) Optical color change detection
With the zincon indicator add to the sample
(after PH adjusted), sample solution appears
color of blue. While at end point, solution
changes to orange. Can be detected by optical
color detector.
(suggest for Ca2+ < 50 ppm)

■ Characterizes
-Wide bore tube (8~12 mm i.d.) for sample and drain, reduce the tube blocked problem.
-Air actuate valve for sample and drain, with large orifice (10~14 mm) and high torque, particle jam
  in electric magnetic valve orifice (1~3 mm) and bearing nearly never happen.

-End point determine by differential curve (Ca2+ electrode) or color change (optical detector),
 prevent the electrode potential shift for finding  error end point as use by other corporation.
-Graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
-Without any mechanical button, to start/stop analyzer or individual pump/valve via press the graphic button.
-Set up parameters via pup-up keypad. After set, the keypad will be hidden.
-Built-in data-logger for display and store historically data.
-Smart analyzer for recording malfunctions of analyzer, for easy of maintain.
-Grab sample ability for checking the accuracy of analysis data with Lab.
-Low maintain, the operator need only to inspect and replenish the reagents for every month.
-Low consumption materials, only need to change the peristaltic pump tube for very 3~6 months.
